Shipping policy

At Baskit Mart, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Here's our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Charges
   A flat shipping fee of 200 PKR applies to all orders, regardless of order size or value.

2. Delivery Time
   Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking
   Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS or email.

4. Shipping Areas
   We currently deliver across Pakistan. For remote areas, delivery times may vary.

5. Failed Deliveries
   In case of failed delivery attempts, our support team will contact you to reschedule.
